AGE VERIFICATION

In order to purchase from this site, customers must undergo an Age Verification Check whereby they must meet the requirements of being aged 18 years or older.

Once new customers have created and activated a Customer Account with Gr8vapes.co.uk, they are required to provide a recent unedited photograph of a valid form of Identification in order to verify their account.

The Customer Account is then Age Verified for all future orders/purchases.

Valid Forms of Identification (Proof of Age):

  • Passport AND Utility Bill (Proof of Address)
  • A Photo Driving Licence (Full or Provisional)
  • A proof of age card such as the PASS card from the national Proof of Age Standards Scheme

How to Submit Proof of Age:

  • Attach in Reply to the Account Confirmation email you receive when creating a Customer Account.

HOW TO PAY

STEP 1 - Checkout

Once you have completed checkout, you will receive an email from info@gr8vapes.co.uk with our banking details in order for you to transfer your order payment.

STEP 2 - Transfer Payment

Transfer your order payment total to the banking details provided quoting your Order Number as the payment reference.

Note: you will only need to set up our bank account details once. Future order transfers will then only require the Order Number updating when submitting payments.

STEP 3 - Receive Order Confirmation

After transferring your order payment you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details and respective delivery information.

To avoid any delays in receiving your order, we advise customers to submit their payment as soon as possible when completing checkout.
